First time clients are required to schedule a consultation prior to booking a COLOR, CHEMICAL, or EXTENSION service. A consultation (15-30 min) will allow you and your stylist to create a plan together, budget, and determine the time needed for your customized service. A consultation is FREE and is necessary to prevent confusion or incorrect scheduling.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Canceling or rescheduling within 12 hours will result in 100% payment.
Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in 50% payment.
